Tired of the Dating Game? Back to Square One
|
We all want to be in a relationship. However it seems extremely difficult to
find a person with whom being in a relationship is possible. Why is that so?
Maybe, because we have skewed expectations - both of a potential partner, as
well as of what a relationship is all about.
This seminar is the first of a series of three, designed to help the
participants to find a new perspective and adjusted expectations and
priorities, ultimately resulting in a different approach, and better success.
In this first session we go back to Square 1: we lay the foundation, by
examining logically, pragmatically the topic Relationship. In the second
session we look at the main reasons for the failing of most of the
relationships, and realize an approach that will avoid these issues. The third
and final session is dedicated to communication skills - compassionate
listening and compassionate explaining.
Content
First, we take a fresh look at what relationship is all about, in order to
readjust our goals.
Why is it so important for us to be in a relationship? What does a
relationship have to do for us, what needs does it have to fill?
Secondly, we explore the four seasons of a relationship, their purpose and the
tasks to accomplish during them.
Like a farmer has to accomplish specific tasks during each of the seasons of
the planting year, we have to accomplish specific tasks during the seasons of
our relationships.
